Our Story
We exist because growing agencies leak profit in places nobody owns.
Ellipse Automation was built by operators who kept finding the same leaks inside growing agencies: refunds nobody tracked, teams buried in admin, pipeline left to referrals. We fix all three, and our fee comes from the savings.
The problem
Agencies sell growth but can't grow themselves.
Most marketing agencies are brilliant at what they do for clients. Inside their own business it's a different story: refunds get written off as bad luck, senior people spend their week on admin, and new business waits on referrals.
We saw the same pattern dozens of times, and everyone kept selling these agencies the same fix: more leads. Usually that was the wrong lever first. So we built an operation that finds where the profit leaks, fixes it with automation, and prices the work on the savings it creates.
How we work
Principles we don't compromise on
Aligned incentives
Our fee is half of the savings we project, agreed before we start. If the numbers don't work for you, there's no project. Retainers are optional add-ons, never the default.
Speed over perfection
The first fixes ship within weeks. We watch the numbers, iterate fast, and compound what works.
Data-driven decisions
Every fix starts and ends with a number: refund rate, hours returned, revenue added. Weekly reporting keeps you in the loop without micromanaging.
Operator mentality
We've run outbound at scale and built automation inside real delivery teams. We think like owners and treat your P&L like our own.
Full ownership
From diagnosis to build to reporting, we own every piece of what we ship so nothing falls through the cracks.
Transparency by default
You see the projection, the assumptions behind it, and the results against it. No vanity metrics, no black boxes.
Ready to see the math
Your bottom line has room. We can show you where.
